100 g flaked coconut
150 g pepita seeds (pumpkin seeds)
Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp unhulled tahini
1 tbsp raw honey
Make approximately 20 balls
